Essential Oils Potentially Help My Husband Recover From Lymphoma
Did you know that using essential oils topically can potentially improve health and well-being? Different essential oils are said to ease
symptoms of different ailments. I
have compiled a list of the best essential oils that help my husband recover from lymphoma cancer and effects of chemo therapy. If you have allergies. please
consult your doctor before beginning any treatment with essential oils.
I also like to add that I include
daily Craniosacral Therapy and regular Functional Integration therapy in his
treatment programme plus juicing.
Below
is a list of essential oils that I use in my husband’s healing protocol that
potentially help shrink his cancer tumours.
Doterra DDR Prime
I use this essential oil topically on him at 2hrs interval
daily on his spine, tummy, arms and legs (including the soles of his feet).
DDR Prime is a proprietary blend of Doterra CPTG Certified Pure
Therapeutic Grade® essential oils that potentially help protect
the body against oxidative stress to cellular DNA. The essential oils in DDR
Prime provide antioxidant protection and support a healthy response to cellular
stressors.
DDR Prime Essential Oil Cellular Complex is a proprietary blend
of essential oils that supports healthy cellular integrity. The blend includes
Clove, Thyme, and Wild Orange essential oils providing powerful antioxidants
that help protect against oxidative stress. It also includes essential oils
from Frankincense, Lemongrass, Summer Savory, and Niaouli.
Frankincense Boswellia Essential Oil
I use this essential oil topically on him at 2hrs interval
daily all over his body and focusing on his tummy where the masses of tumour
is located. Please note that I use
Doterra CPTG Frankincense essential oil.
Often
called the “king of oils”. Frankincense promotes feelings of peace and overall
wellness when used aromatically, while topical and internal uses provide modern
health benefits.
Renowned
as one of the most prized and precious essential oils, Frankincense has extraordinary
health benefits. In addition to its
notoriety in the New Testament, the Babylonians and Assyrians would burn
Frankincense in religious ceremonies and the ancient Egyptians used
Frankincense resin for everything from perfume to salves for soothing skin.
This centuries-old knowledge contributes to the modern uses of Frankincense
today. It’s soothing and beautifying properties are used to rejuvenate skin and
help reduce the appearance of imperfections. As the king of oils, Frankincense
is known to support healthy cellular function.* When inhaled or diffused,
Frankincense promotes feelings of peace, relaxation, satisfaction, and overall
wellness.
According to Dr. Axe, Frankinsence potentially help:
1. Reduce Stress Reactions and Negative
Emotions
2. Boost Immune
System Function and Prevents Illness
3. Fight Cancer
or Deal with Chemotherapy Side Effects
4. (Astringent),
Kills Harmful Germs and Bacteria
5. Heals Skin
and Prevents Signs of Aging
6. Balances
Hormone Levels
7. Eases
Digestion
8. Acts as a
Sleep Aid
9. Decrease
Inflammation and Pain
“Also known as boswellia,
frankincense claims as part of its vast nutrient profile a unique compound
known as acetyl-11-keto-beta-boswellic acid, or AKBA for short. Scientific tests have determined that AKBA is
a sworn enemy of cancer. With funding from the government of Oman, researchers
from the University of Leicester were able to uncover how frankincense may be a
safe and effective remedy for women who suffer from ovarian cancer.” - The Truth about
Cancer
I also made a blend of oils which I called Adida’s
Lymphatic Drainage Blend comprising of the following Doterra CPTG essential
oils:
1. Lemon
2. Lemongrass
3. Wild Orange
4. Lime
5. Grapefruit
6. Thymes
7. Frankincense
8. Rosemary
9. Ginger
10. Peppermint
11. Fractionated Coconut Oil
Why I use a number of citrus and lemongrass
oils? Well. the answer is simple. Limonene is a chemical found in the peels of citrus fruits
and in other plants. Limonene is used to
promote weight
loss, prevent cancer, treat cancer,
and treat bronchitis. The citral and limonene content in
lemongrass oil can kill or stifle the growth of bacteria and fungi.
Thyme has a specific chemistry that
supports a healthy immune system, Thyme is a potent, warm essential oil that
holds powerful cleansing and purifying properties.
Rosemary has many
benefits. Rosemary supports healthy digestion and internal organ function. Long
revered by healers, Rosemary was considered sacred by the ancient Greek, Roman,
Egyptian, and Hebrew cultures. Rosemary's herbaceous and energizing scent is
frequently used in aromatherapy. It also helps to reduce nervous tension and
occasional fatigue.
Ginger, studies
have been conducted on Ginger for its common effect on joint health; however,
Ginger is best known as a digestive aid and for helping to ease occasional
indigestion and nausea. Ginger helps to reduce
bloating, gas, and occasional indigestion my husband experienced after his
chemo.
Peppermint also
helps alleviate occasional stomach upset and promotes healthy respiratory
function
Fractionate Coconut Oil: due to Thyme’s high thymol content, I use Doterra
Fractionated Coconut oil to dilute it so as to reduce skin sensitivity when
applied topically. Diluting essential
oils in Fractionated Coconut Oil does not reduce the potency of the essential
oil. It only helps to ease skin
irritation if the properties of the oil is warm and hot.
